I am a Christian wife and mom of three children. I titled this blog after reading in Isaiah 40:11 “He tends his flock like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs in his arms and carries them close to his heart; he gently leads those that have young.” This is the prayer of my heart, that I would allow God to lead me as I raise my children.
I am currently a stay-at-home mom – a position I never thought I’d be in – but I feel certain God has called me to it. And I am overwhelmingly blessed by it. I feel so privileged to be able to care for my family and pursue my relationship with my creator without any distractions. I used to be an industrial hygienist, and you can read more about that here. Read more about my journey from career-minded 20-something to stay-at-home-mom here.
In my blog you will find posts about marriage, life with kids, being a disciple of Christ, and maybe even a few of the things I like to do when I have a spare moment. (Which is, ummm, not as often as you might think!) Things like scrapbooking, crafts, baking, home decorating, and gardening.
Stop by often and be sure to comment – I love hearing from you!
